Glass House Brands Inc. (GLASF), one of the country’s fastest-growing vertically-integrated cannabis firms, and Plus Products Inc. (“PLUS”) have announced that Glass House has completed the purchase of PLUS, a prominent cannabis edibles company located in California.
PLUS was purchased for $25.6 million by Glass House Brands via a mix of unsecured convertible debt and stock, as well as extra performance-based incentives.
