A parent in North Carolina has been arrested after their 3-year-old daughter was sent to school with a marijuana candy bar in her lunch box, according to a report. The girl’s father, Matthew Simmons, has been charged with possession of marijuana and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Simmons was arrested at his home after the girl told deputies that the candy bar had marijuana inside, according to the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office.

(I have no idea if this is a real thing, or just another repost of a reality TV show clip) A 10-year-old boy was sent to school with a lunchbox containing marijuana. The child was allegedly seen by another student who gave the lunchbox to his father, who then contacted the school. Police arrested the boy’s father after the school reported the incident to them. It is unclear if the drugs were planted.

A Florida father arrested Tuesday after school officials found marijuana in the child’s lunchbox is now being charged with a third-degree felony for allegedly putting his daughter’s lunchbox on the bus.
